The workstation with integrated conveyor belt is a machine with a high production capacity. The operator only has to load the pieces. The machine manages the marking and unloading into collection trays. The machine is equipped with two independent belts which maximize its productivity.

One of the most common industrial need is to affix a product with an identification plate. The plates must contain all the information relating to a piece and must be indelibly marked.

For this reason, we have developed different systems dedicated to the marking of plates. Based on the quantity of plates to be marked and the needs of each customer, it is possible to choose the most suitable system, in order to have a customized solution based on production needs.

The Tag-feeder system, equipped with an adjustable stock, automatically marks one plate after another. It can engrave plates of different sizes. On request, the solution can be equipped with stocks for engraved plates or motorized stacking solution to keep the plates in order.

We also offer fully automatic multi-stock solutions, equipped with a pick and place system for loading/unloading the plates.

The workstation with rotary table effectively responds to the demand for high productivity and maximum safety. The rotary table allows the operator to load the pieces in masked time: while the marking is in progress, the operator positions the parts.

The two-button start command, the optical barriers and the Class I enclosure ensure maximum safety. The rotary table workstation is an extremely versatile system: you can choose whether to use the table with two or six divisions.

The index drive guarantees absolute positioning accuracy.

The Gantry solution is equipped with three or four motorized axes managed directly by software. The marking head moves along the X and Z axes, the work plane moves along the Y axis. These are efficient and easy to use multi-axis systems.

With these machines, it is possible to mark many objects in a single solution, or to engrave a single large piece in several points.

The work area can be customized upon customer request. A robust mechanics guarantees maximum precision and versatility: a system of double linear guides supports even heavy loads.
